高铁双人座被免票儿童挤成“三人座”？12306回应：免票儿童不能占用他人座位

近日，有乘客反映，自己在乘坐高铁时，原本DF两人座的座位，因邻座免票儿童不断挤占空间，硬生生坐了三个人，乘车舒适度大打折扣。该乘客因此建议，应为年龄稍大的儿童购买儿童票。此事迅速引发网友热议，不少人也纷纷表示曾遇过类似尴尬。

A recent incident on a high-speed train has drawn attention to the practical challenges of traveling with young children, after a passenger said her journey was made uncomfortable by a free-ticket child who squeezed into her seat.

8月10日，记者联系上当事乘客。据她回忆，8月8日，她在徐州东站换乘，全程约3小时。“当时我正戴着耳机睡觉，迷迷糊糊睁眼时，看到她们把座位中间的扶手抬了起来，小孩子顺势挤了进来。”

她表示，自己购买的是靠窗F座，一排仅有两个座位，起初想着孩子只是在边上坐一下，尚可忍受，但孩子一直扭动身体往里挤，甚至伸手越过她扒着窗边向外看。该乘客补充道，由于带孩子的是老人，加上自己性格较为“社恐”，出于尊重，她全程未主动沟通交涉。

The passenger, who traveled on Aug 8 from Xuzhou East station on a three-hour trip, told reporters that she had booked a window seat in a two‑seat row. While she was resting with headphones on, she woke up to find that the armrest between her and the neighbour had been lifted, and the neighbour's child had moved into her space. The child kept shifting, even reaching across her to look out the window.

Her account quickly went viral, with many netizens sharing similar experiences of cramped journeys due to free-riding children.

针对这一情况，记者以乘客身份致电铁路12306客服。客服人员明确表示，根据铁路部门相关规定，一名成人旅客可免费携带一名6周岁以下、不单独占用席位的儿童乘车。“他如果单独占一个席位，就要买儿童票了。”

When contacted, a customer service representative from China Railway 12306 clarified the rules: under current regulations, one adult passenger may bring one child under the age of 6 for free, provided the child does not occupy a separate seat. "If the child takes up a seat on their own, they must buy a child ticket," the representative said.

客服进一步解释，免费乘车的儿童不占座位，只能与同行成人挤在一起，“可以坐在大人的身上”，不能占用他人座位。若乘客在旅途中遇到类似情况，可通过扫座位上的“铁路畅行”二维码，联系列车工作人员，请求协助协调处理。
